I am a very active person with several interests.
I am from Irwin, a suburb in the Pittsburgh area. Irwin used to be the
end point for the Pennsylvania Turnpike, before the bridge technology
was developed to cross the three rivers of Pittsburgh.
I love music. At RIT, I performed with the Concert
Band, Jazz Ensemble, and occasionally performed with the RIT Philharmonia. I play both clarinet and
tenor saxophone. I love the freedom of jazz, which I find
to be great stress relief after a long day of classes and work. I served for a year as President for the RIT
Student Music Association, which promotes music on the RIT campus. I also served as Vice President and Public Relations Director over the past four years.
I played in high school for the Norwin High School
Band, which has been a most successful organization throughout the years.
In the spirit of our 75th Anniversary, I co-wrote a 100 page commemorative
book, A Standard of Excellence.
I also participated in several honors bands, including the 1999 John Philip
Sousa National Honors Band in Washington D.C.
I invite you to check out the rest of my website and
return in the future as I update the site.
